bed was super comfortable and big and there was good space in the room, attention was super good, we spent 1 hour when we left the room and treatment was still very cordial, there was plenty of FREE parking around the hotel. bathtub we could lie down 2 and it was even comfortable. amenities such as towels, extra pillow, hair dryer, etc. were all great.

We started with the heating, it didn't work practically all weekend, in fact, we had to call the reception and only thing they could provide us with were some blankets, good treatment indeed. huge shower, yes, "plug", I had a hard time understanding the mechanism of how it opened and closed, call me silly, it seemed the typical top that you have in the baths so that the water does not overflow, more than a plug. I also had the water regulator on the OTHER SIDE where the tap was, so I had to go around the tub from one side to the other to regulate the water well (which also often had peaks, that is, it was not constant) with the consequent danger that I could drain and so on. There was ONLY 1 socket (not counting the one in the bathroom and one hidden on the table in the room) that I could count on, that is, on the shelves where the lamps were, there was only 1, so charging two phones if we were 2 in bed, was unfeasible.

The location was central, easy on the outskirts of the town. It was also so close to train or bus station taxi as well as Close to motorway. The breakfast was sensational and I had a really lovely stay overall...

this place was spotless, and the staff really knew their stuff and made everything smooth. The location was super convenient, close to the motorways and all. I stayed in a trendy twin room that was awesome - the bed was super comfy, and I loved the wooden floors 💫.

We were upgraded to our arrival, which was tailored to our needs. The staff is very nice. Breakfast fresh and balanced with fruit, cheese, sausage, cakes and fresh juices. Come again!

We stayed in the premium room and what I missed was a kettle to make coffee. But otherwise, very comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the way. A train stop is nearby.

Central location right next to Garaje Beat Club 🎶 with a residential feel. Ate at a great restaurant nearby for dinner.

Location: right in front of tram that leads to city centre, but also at walking distance from it (15-20 min). Room was clean and spacious, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not super, but ok. Internet (WiFi) was free only in the lobby.

Very extensive and varied breakfast buffet. Was constantly refilled and from day to day also varied a little, so that it was not only rich but also varied.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city and only a short distance from a Catholic church.

For me this was ideally located so I could get onto the road network for business meetings. It is a good hotel, excellent rooms with good showers, comfy bed, aircon etc. I used the outdoor pool which was lovely having driven 700kms during the day. Bar and restaurant facilities are fairly small and limited, but the breakfast was first rate - good choice. I went out to eat at the Run Tao Oriental restaurant which is a very short walk across the road - it was excellent. There are actually 3 similar restaurants within 200yds of each other - no wonder it was so good!

Only the limited range of evening meals and bar - but this is a small point. I saw people eating and what they had looked good, but I was too full of the best ever fried rice to attempt to help them out!

The design , the room capacity and quality price hotel well placed easy to find and to stay around

1 no nutella in the breakfast for the kids ? 2 the vapor engine of the stuffed room is to little to work correctly very noisy and not warm inuf 3 to day as everybody is looking to spare some cost the heating systems of the hotel and the room where really to warm we have to sleep with the windows open and cut the e heating of the badroom and the room !!! be green , be ecologic

The hotel was conveniently located right on the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service and were helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was served in a pleasant setting. the hotel had a small swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness suite, which was a bonus for those looking to stay active.

There were no bars or restaurants within close proximity to the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have some dining options nearby to enjoy a meal without having to venture too far.

Nice but a bit to far from the centre.

location: the hotel was right by tram line out front, the tram, and restuarants. i was there for the weekend and had an enjoyable stay, so i would not hesitate to return there.
